HISTORY June 1974. after working fifteen years in the gundrill industry, Ron E. Sheehy leased a building in Farmington, Michigan and started ASTRO CUTTING TOOl   1979 after five years of continuous growth Astro relocated to Indiana. The move allowed Astro to increase its facility, customer base and make it more centrally located to the users of gun drills, gun reamers . The reconditioning of  gundrills , gun reamers and a variety of cutting tools at super savings.   PRESENT....2012 ASTRO CUTTING TOOL has earned the reputation of providing high quality, precision Gun drills and customer satisfaction . The past five years Astro has experienced a 70 % increase in sales. Operating at 90% capacity in our 13,000 sq.ft. facility.
